Information Security Analyst – Cybersecurity Incident Response

About the role

We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team. In this role you will actively monitor, detect and respond to security alerts, ensuring incidents are handled within defined service level objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and incidents and acknowledge them within agreed SLA.
• Perform triage, asset identification, reputational checks and validation of alerts.
• Contain and eradicate threats while meeting response SLOs.
• Ensure full resolution of incidents within defined timeframes.
• Utilize incident response toolsets such as ServiceNow, EAS, IPS, WAF, NAC and firewalls.
• Prepare and submit operational performance reports and dashboards for management consumption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in incident response.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and service management tools.
