Information Security Advisor

About the role

The Information Security Advisor serves as the primary security liaison for designated customer accounts within LevelBlue’s global security organization. You will provide hands‑on guidance, develop and implement security policies, and advise customers on critical security decisions, ranging from architecture to operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all operational security activities for assigned accounts.
• Maintain and oversee relationships with delivery teams providing security support.
• Manage implementation of the Security Agreement and drive operational compliance.
• Provide consultancy on information risk management and recommend security controls.
• Oversee operational security processes such as Security Incident Management.
• Track, resolve, and monitor remediation of reported security issues and audit findings.
• Conduct regular (at least monthly) security status meetings with account teams.
• Perform informal security assessments of Trustwave‑delivered processes and architectures.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as a security point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with delivery and account management teams.
• Ability to drive compliance and manage security risk remediation.
• Experience delivering security consultancy and risk‑management advice.
• Excellent communication skills for regular status reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• CISSP certification (industry‑recognized security credential).
