Industrial Engineer – Business Analyst & Project Analyst

About the role

Meralco is seeking qualified Industrial Engineers to join its Business Analyst and Project Analyst teams. The positions support the Mobile Workforce Management System implementation and ensure rigorous project documentation and governance. Candidates will work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable utility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and trace business requirements, preparing test cases to align system functionality with user needs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), consolidate results, and manage defect triage.
• Develop and deliver training materials, conduct workshops, and assess user readiness.
• Produce and maintain operational documents such as Guidelines & Procedures, Quick Reference Guides, and user manuals.
• Maintain controlled project documentation, generate status reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support release readiness assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably experience or internship in the utility sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City.
