Industrial Designer – Product Development

About the role

The Industrial Designer will join the Product Development Team to shape existing and upcoming face product categories. Leveraging strong design expertise and project management abilities, the role supports brand growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning quarterly product developments aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Conceptualize full product lines, including new and existing styles.
• Build a profitable portfolio that expands current offerings and penetrates new markets.
• Research and lead innovation initiatives in collaboration with brand teams and suppliers.
• Create visually appealing designs for PR materials such as press releases, brochures, and media kits.
• Monitor supplier product quality and support technical designers to ensure accurate, high‑quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Creative Visionary, Strategic Sourcing, marketing, and PR teams to ensure timely product launches and effective communication of product value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for design, development, and innovation.
