Income Auditor Supervisor

About the role

BE Resorts Mactan is looking for a meticulous Income Auditor Supervisor to join its finance team at the resort in Punta Engano, Lapu‑Lapu City. The role ensures that all revenue transactions are accurate, compliant and properly reported, supporting the resort’s financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of revenue transactions across all resort departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage and Spa.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of transactions, identifying discrepancies and irregularities.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports with system‑generated data and the general ledger.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue summaries to resort management and head office.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures for revenue recognition and cash handling.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and provide supporting schedules.
• Support year‑end audit processes with accurate documentation and timely responses.
• Recommend and help implement internal control improvements.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure proper revenue recording.
• Perform other finance‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in income auditing or accounting, preferably in the hotel or resort industry.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles and hospitality systems.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with POS systems, Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality ERP platforms.
