Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join its night‑shift team at the Harton Corporate Centre in Parañaque. You will engage prospects through inbound and outbound calls, applying consultative techniques to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Apply consultative sales techniques to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales conversations, qualify prospects, present services and close deals.
• Cross‑sell and upsell additional services based on customer needs.
• Utilize product knowledge to answer questions and highlight optimal solutions.
• Track sales pipelines, call outcomes and customer data accurately in CRM tools.
• Manage high call volumes while maintaining detailed interaction records.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clear phone articulation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and organize prospect pipelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• At least 2 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in a call‑center or tele‑sales setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
