Inbound Sales Cruise Consultant

About the role

This on‑site position in Makati joins Silversea’s direct‑to‑consumer sales team. As the first point of contact for guests calling the toll‑free number, you will handle inbound inquiries and guide customers through the booking process for luxury cruises and shore‑side products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and sell Silversea cruises, excursions, and related services.
• Assess guest needs, recommend suitable products, and create accurate reservations.
• Service existing bookings, process changes, and identify upsell opportunities throughout the customer relationship.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while managing a high‑volume workload.
• Capture payment information and relevant data using company‑provided tools.
• Pass on unresolved sales opportunities to marketing for ROI optimization.
