Inbound Sales Agent – Call Center

About the role

As an Agent you will join a global outsourcer that provides contact‑center and back‑office services. You will handle inbound calls and web‑chat interactions, promoting and selling client services while ensuring data privacy compliance. The role is based in Ortigas and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the telephony platform to receive inbound calls and manage web‑chat inquiries.
• Promote and sell the client’s services, pricing and products, aiming to sign customers up.
• Support residential, small and medium‑enterprise customers by providing information, explaining marketing materials and answering questions.
• Ensure all employment and personal information is handled in accordance with company information‑security and data‑privacy policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a call‑center or customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to comply with company policies on information security, data privacy and credit‑card handling.
