In-House Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In-House Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its U.S.-based clients. You will work remotely from the Philippines, sourcing, screening, and placing remote professionals across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct video interviews, and assess candidate fit for client expectations.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools, ensuring timely communication and progress updates.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.
• Stay informed on global recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter with a proven ability to screen beyond resumes.
• Familiarity with creative sourcing techniques, especially on LinkedIn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional candidate interactions.
