In-House Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

As an In‑House Recruiter at ClearDesk you will source, screen and place remote talent for a variety of U.S.-based clients. Working from home, you become the central point for every successful hire, helping companies grow while providing individuals with meaningful, long‑term remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open roles and design strategic sourcing plans.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews to assess fit with client expectations.
• Utilise ATS tools to manage pipelines, organise candidate data and keep the recruitment process moving.
• Communicate updates clearly with internal teams and proactively flag any delays or blockers.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates and hiring workflows.
• Stay up‑to‑date on recruitment trends, sourcing platforms and global hiring best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter with the ability to screen beyond resumes.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and creative outreach, especially on LinkedIn.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional conversations with candidates and teammates.
