In-House Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In-House Recruiter to source, screen, and place remote talent for U.S.-based clients. You will work from home, helping companies grow while building lasting careers for remote professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews.
• Use ATS tools to manage pipelines and keep the recruitment process moving.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and flag any delays.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends, sourcing platforms, and global hiring best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter with proven screening abilities.
• Familiarity with creative sourcing strategies, especially on LinkedIn.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional conversations.
