In-House Recruiter

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In‑House Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its remote teams serving U.S. clients. You will work from home, helping companies grow by matching the right candidates with the right roles.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and cold outreach.
• Conduct video interviews and assess candidate fit against client expectations.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and data in an ATS, ensuring smooth progression.
• Communicate status updates to internal teams and flag any hiring delays.
• Help refine job descriptions, outreach templates and hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter with a proven ability to screen beyond resumes.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and creative outreach, especially on LinkedIn.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional conversations with candidates and teammates.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
