In-House Recruiter

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In‑House Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its U.S. clients while working remotely from the Philippines. You will be the primary point of contact for sourcing, screening and placing remote professionals, helping both companies and candidates achieve long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create strategic sourcing plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and cold outreach.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct video interviews to assess fit with client expectations.
• Manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
• Communicate status updates to internal teams and proactively flag any delays or blockers.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates and hiring workflows.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends, sourcing platforms and global hiring best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Proven ability to screen candidates beyond the resume and evaluate cultural fit.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and creative outreach techniques.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional conversations with candidates and teammates.
