IGA Consultant (Identity Governance & Administration)

About the role

The IGA Consultant will lead the design, implementation and delivery of Identity Governance and Administration solutions for our clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable IAM architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IAM architecture and consulting engagements across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Document consulting reports, presentations, HLD and LLD documents.
• Design and implement IGA solutions, including application onboarding and integration with ITSM, SIEM, PAM and other peripheral systems.
• Create IGA solution accelerators and manage role mining, entitlement catalog, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC models.
• Lead technical delivery, manage client engagements and present solutions up to CSO level.
• Ensure compliance with SoD, least‑privileged principles and industry frameworks (NIS, Gartner, Forrester).

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IAM domain.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one leading IGA tool (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, IBM Security Identity Governance, PingOne).
• Strong knowledge of IGA fundamentals: identity lifecycle, access governance, recertification, role mining, and integration architecture.
• Experience with both on‑prem and cloud identity platforms (AWS, Azure AD).
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
