Hybrid Healthcare Representative – North Luzon

About the role

The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will promote Pfizer’s ethical products across the North Luzon region, building demand among specialist physicians and key opinion leaders. This field‑based position combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of medical education activities.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategies to meet sales and market‑share targets.
• Plan and deliver CME initiatives such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations within the assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs).
• Maintain the Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) to guide MD calls and program implementation.
• Design territory‑based programs that enhance understanding of assigned products.
• Monitor sales performance, product movement, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit operational and administrative reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior while adhering to company values and policies.

Required profile

• College graduate (4‑ or 5‑year degree).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Health Representative (PHR).
• Valid Medical Representative PRC license.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout North Luzon and the Philippines.
