HVAC Technician – Food Manufacturing Facility

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our food manufacturing plant in Pasig City. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing a range of HVAC and related systems to ensure optimal production conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers and RO water systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as filter changes, cleaning, lubrication, oil changes and component replacements.
• Conduct system diagnostics, monitor air and water quality, and adjust parameters as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals to plan and execute work.
• Prepare work materials, respond to work orders and assist with general facility repairs.

Required profile

• Vocational certificate or formal training in HVAC technology.
• At least 2‑3 years of HVAC experience, preferably in a food‑manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including night differentials and a weekly rest day.
• Ability to work on‑site at Jenny’s Avenue, Pasig City.
