Human Resources Specialist – Global Strategic Rewards

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our Global Strategic Rewards (GSR) team. In this role you will support the design, implementation and administration of competitive compensation structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Prepare and evaluate salary offers in coordination with recruitment and hiring managers.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including HMO, insurance and government‑mandated benefits.
• Process compensation‑related transactions such as salary adjustments, incentives and allowances accurately and on time.
• Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts together with the Rewards team.
• Support annual salary review, bonus planning and other compensation activities.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Generate reports and analytics to aid HR decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
• Background in manufacturing or EMS industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, etc.).
• Experience with salary structuring, job evaluation and benchmarking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
