Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support overall business objectives.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Support business growth by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
• Design and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Oversee compensation plans and benefits programs.
• Identify training needs and manage training programs.
• Provide decision‑support reports and HR metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR executive.
• People‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor legislation.
• Ability to design and execute HR strategies with leadership capabilities.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
