Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead all people‑operations at our B22 manufacturing facility in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. You will build the HR function from the ground up, ensuring we attract the right talent, especially for our fast‑growing sales team, and keep them engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment across the company with a strong focus on sales and field positions.
• Analyse turnover drivers and implement retention strategies.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, record‑keeping, payroll inputs, performance reviews and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws from hiring to termination.
• Develop HR policies, processes and documentation as the function scales.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑volume recruiting, preferably with sales hiring experience.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Comfortable working as the sole HR professional onsite in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or field‑sales hiring is a strong plus.
