About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to own day‑to‑day HR operations and act as a trusted partner for both management and employees. The role will drive key HR functions while leading the internal HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits programs.
- Manage Employee Relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Lead Performance Management processes.
- Direct Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure HR Compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle HR Administration and record‑keeping.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the HR team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong labor‑relations background and sound judgment.
- Business acumen with the ability to give objective HR recommendations.
- Confidence to influence senior leaders beyond routine paperwork.
