Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead HR strategy and operations for SM City Laoag, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, local regulations, and the mall’s business objectives. This role focuses on building productive relationships between management and employees while supporting the overall performance of the mall.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR strategies and initiatives that support mall operations and business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and learning plans to guarantee timely hiring and employee readiness.
• Implement performance management systems, provide coaching, and drive employee development programs.
• Foster positive employee relations, engagement, and collaboration to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Oversee organizational design, manpower planning, and coordinate compensation and benefits programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong background in employee relations and compensation & benefits.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
