Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for a busy mall environment, implementing strategic initiatives that support recruitment, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management. The role ensures HR practices align with corporate guidelines, local labor laws, and the operational needs of the mall.

Key responsibilities

• Support mall operations by executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and learning plans to ensure timely hiring and employee readiness.
• Implement performance management systems, provide coaching, and drive employee development programs.
• Foster positive employee relations, engagement, and collaboration to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Oversee organizational design, manpower planning, and coordinate compensation and benefits programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong background across HR functions, especially employee relations and compensation & benefits.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
