Human Resources Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic HR Business Partner for its Facilities Management operations in the Philippines. You will work closely with business and operations leaders to align people initiatives with business goals, ensuring a high‑performing, engaged workforce across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and operations leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture‑building programs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to support decision‑making and operational performance.
• Lead and develop the local HR team while promoting continuous improvement in HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience partnering with operational teams in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Services, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
