Human Resources Head (CHRO / AVP Level)

About the role

The Human Resources Head will shape and execute the overall HR strategy for a fast‑growing organization in the Philippines. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that people initiatives are tightly aligned with business objectives, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports long‑term growth and business goals.
• Lead all core HR functions: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and HR administration.
• Design talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes and coach managers on employee development.
• Manage compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and employee well‑being.
• Provide strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change‑management guidance to senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimizing risk.
• Lead employee‑relations activities such as conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; MBA required.
• 15+ years of overall HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end HR functions and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, PMAP PSOF) are advantageous.
