Human Resources Generalist – Cebu

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team in Cebu. You will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, and supporting regional HR initiatives across the Wine Adore Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
• Support HR strategy implementation and workforce planning.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and KPI tracking.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth).
• Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to maintain consistent HR practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or shared services is an advantage.
