Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Dyninno’s Trevolution office in Cebu is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and employee champion. The role will partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, drive engagement, and support organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Promote employee engagement, well‑being and retention through proactive programs.
• Ensure operational efficiency by aligning HR processes with evolving business needs.
• Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Guide and motivate teams to meet performance targets.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development support to staff.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and implement improvement actions.
• Facilitate collaboration between employees and management to sustain long‑term success.

Required profile

• College graduate in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of people‑management experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with teams and leaders.
• Analytical mindset with rational decision‑making abilities.
