About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in all HR functions, be comfortable onboarding new hires, and assist employees throughout their tenure. You will work closely with management to deliver training, boost engagement, and uphold our company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
• Assist management in resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Set and promote standards for ethics, values, and company culture.
• Onboard new employees, handling immigration documents, tax forms, and benefits packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding employees and managing HR tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
