Human Resources Business Partner – Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (Specialist) will provide comprehensive HR support, focusing on employee engagement and relations. The role aligns people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational growth within Zenith Foods.

Key responsibilities

• Champion employee engagement initiatives and lead programs to enhance relations and ensure compliance.
• Represent the organization in government‑initiated learning programs on labor laws and support their workplace application.
• Guide line managers on fair implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Develop, propose, and manage HR programs while adhering to allocated budgets.
• Oversee workforce planning, ensuring proper documentation is prepared and completed.
• Facilitate the development and review of job competency matrices with accurate documentation.
• Lead the recruitment process, from interviewing to timely hiring for key positions.
• Maintain, organize, and verify training records to support employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Minimum two years experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and project management.
• In‑depth understanding of labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Canlubang, Laguna.
