Human Resources Analyst

About the role

The Human Resources Analyst will support Coherent Corp.'s benefits and compensation functions, ensuring accurate administration of statutory and non‑statutory programs. This position works closely with HR, finance, and external providers to maintain compliance and deliver a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and administering employee benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑ibig, HMO, and insurance plans.
• Gather, analyze, and benchmark benefits data; maintain up‑to‑date records of enrollments, compensation changes, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Prepare payroll instructions related to benefits, allowances, and deductions in coordination with Finance Shared Services.
• Liaise with government agencies and external providers to ensure statutory compliance and address employee inquiries.
• Support benefits reviews, updates, audits, and the preparation of management reports.
• Contribute to HR program implementation and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in benefits administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
