Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will lead HR operations for front‑line teams, ensuring policies, programs and initiatives are smoothly implemented to support organisational goals and boost employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations for front‑line staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, local labour laws and industry standards.
• Partner with line managers to address employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary actions promptly and consistently.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for front‑line positions, collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Identify training and development opportunities, monitor workforce metrics and propose action plans.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to front‑line teams.
• Assist managers with performance appraisal processes, providing coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to change‑management projects, including HR system implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to front‑line leaders on employee relations and team dynamics.

Required profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably supporting operational or front‑line teams.
• Proven track record in employee relations, workforce planning and HR program delivery.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR compliance requirements.

• Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and related tools.
