Human Resource Generalist / Staff (Full‑Time)

About the role
Midway Colleges, a non‑profit educational institution in Cabanatuan City, is looking for a Human Resource Generalist and Staff to join its HR team. The role is full‑time and focuses on supporting recruitment, staffing and employee engagement activities while ensuring accurate HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and staffing processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Preferably a graduate in Human Resource Management Development or Marketing Management.
- Minimum six (6) months of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Training related to recruitment, staffing and employee engagement.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
