Human Resource Generalist

About the role

The Human Resource Generalist will support the organization by driving employee engagement, talent management and performance review processes. This role also ensures HR systems are effectively implemented and that all practices comply with local labor laws and statutory benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and monitor employee engagement programs and talent management initiatives.
• Lead performance review cycles, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of HR information systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and government‑mandated benefit programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and operations teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in human resources, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and team‑management skills.
• High ethical standards and discretion.

Required skills
