About the role
The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) strengthens democracy worldwide through private enterprise and market‑oriented reform. As a core institute of the National Endowment for Democracy and an affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, CIPE partners with business leaders, policymakers and civil society to build institutions essential to democratic governance and economic opportunity. The Human Resource and Compliance Manager will support the effective delivery of HR services and lead the implementation of CIPE’s risk and compliance processes across the Asia Pacific hub.
Key responsibilities
- Support the effective delivery of HR services across the Asia Pacific hub.
- Implement CIPE’s risk and compliance processes in the region.
- Oversee third‑party screening, sanctions compliance and ethics monitoring.
Required profile
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Background in compliance or risk management.
- Familiarity with third‑party screening, sanctions and ethics frameworks.
