About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Staff member who will focus on timekeeping and system analysis. The role involves developing and implementing process‑improvement programs that streamline HR operations and boost employee engagement across our Calabarzon and Mimaropa sites. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with HR and IT teams to enhance our internal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and roll out process‑improvement initiatives for HR functions.
- Analyze timekeeping data and system workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new HR processes.
- Monitor the impact of improvements and adjust as needed to promote engagement.
Required profile
- Background in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience with process improvement and system analysis in an HR context.
