HR Specialist – Learning & Organizational Development

About the role

We are seeking an HR Specialist focused on Learning and Organizational Development to drive employee growth, strengthen HR processes, and align job responsibilities with business needs. The role blends training design, job analysis, performance management, and employee engagement to support a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses, identify competency gaps, and design/coordinate training programs, workshops, and orientations.
• Maintain training matrices, track employee training records, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Review and update job descriptions, KPIs/KRAs, competencies, and reporting structures.
• Assist with job analysis, organizational structure reviews, manpower planning, and HR process improvements.
• Coordinate performance evaluations, monitor completion, and recommend development interventions.
• Source, screen, interview, and support onboarding of candidates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and assist with disciplinary documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and prepare HR reports while ensuring compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Training & Development.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, timekeeping, job analysis, and organizational development.
• Experience reviewing or creating job descriptions and competency frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
