HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will provide end‑user assistance to ResultsCX employees worldwide, handling inquiries, delivering information, and escalating complex issues. The role combines back‑office and voice support, ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee HR questions via phone, email and ticketing systems, providing accurate information.
• Escalate higher‑complexity cases to appropriate HR resources or subject‑matter experts.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, help‑desk runbooks and manuals in line with ITIL best practices.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in training employees on HR tools and procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in human resources or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Outlook and other standard business communication tools.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and basic ITIL concepts.
