HR Specialist – Employee/Labor Relations

About the role

We are seeking an HR Specialist focused on Employee and Labor Relations to join our team in Mandaue City. The role involves managing disciplinary processes, maintaining accurate case documentation, and delivering high‑quality employee relations services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end disciplinary processes, including validation of incident reports, drafting Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notices of Decision (NOD), and conducting administrative hearings.
• Review and update employee relations case files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
• Maintain the employee discipline tracker in line with established protocols.
• Provide day‑to‑day ER administrative services that meet service level agreements and business performance goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Labor Relations, Labor Law, or Employee Relations are a plus.
