About the role
We are looking for an HR Recruitment & Training Coordinator to lead our hiring efforts and drive employee development initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring top talent and fostering continuous skill growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs that support employee skill development.
- Maintain talent pipelines to ensure continuous acquisition of top talent.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and training initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR recruitment and employee training.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and learning development.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
