HR Manager – Philippines

About the role

Navitas Semiconductor is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations for its Philippines site. The role combines strategic partnership with day‑to‑day execution, ensuring compliance, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR leader for the Philippines entity, advising managers and employees on policies, processes and people matters.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession and change‑management initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, PEZA requirements and all statutory reporting.
• Lead investigations of misconduct or policy violations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Advise management on performance improvement plans, terminations, redundancies and other sensitive employment actions.
• Build and sustain a positive employee culture focused on accountability, engagement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and extensive experience supporting a PEZA‑registered entity.
• Proven ability to partner with local leadership and drive HR initiatives in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on HR leader who can balance strategic support with daily operational execution.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on building high‑performing teams.
