HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for our operations in Cagayan De Oro City. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure that our people processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and off‑boarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs in line with local labor laws.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development and training initiatives.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration in coordination with Finance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Resolve workplace issues, promote an inclusive culture and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive engagement and support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant HR management experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent sourcing, performance management, employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws, benefits administration and payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and integrity handling confidential information.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cagayan De Oro City and thrive in a multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
