HR Generalist – US Homeowner Association (Remote)

About the role

The Offshore HR Generalist will support a US‑based homeowner association by handling recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management and employee inquiries. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will ensure a smooth hiring experience and maintain accurate employee records while collaborating with HR, payroll and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor recruitment trackers, post approved openings, and coordinate job description approvals.
• Manage offer letters, onboarding reminders and weekly recruitment reporting for finance.
• Maintain HRIS data in UKG, create job templates and support compensation reviews.
• Tri­age the HR inbox, respond to employee questions, and assist with account access issues.
• Support I‑9/E‑Verify processes and recruitment administration for US‑based hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, administration or people operations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• UKG (HRIS) platform proficiency.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PHP 60,000 – 70,000.
• Fully remote work schedule (Monday‑Friday, 9 PM‑6 AM PHT).
