About the role
EMAPTA is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to shape talent strategies, elevate employee experiences, and support regional growth across Singapore and the Philippines. This fully remote, day‑shift position offers a balanced work‑life schedule with weekends off.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for a distributed workforce.
- Support performance management, learning, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws in the Philippines and Singapore.
Required profile
- Relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational or remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones.
