HR Generalist Manager – CDO

About the role

The HR Generalist Manager (CDO) leads the daily delivery of core HR functions, ensuring that people initiatives align with operational and business goals. This senior position oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and monitor recruitment progress.
• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, investigations and provide guidance on policies and labor regulations.
• Support employee engagement, wellness and morale‑building activities.
• Implement and monitor performance management processes, employee evaluations and succession planning.
• Coordinate training and development programs aligned with operational needs.
• Oversee HR operations including attendance, employee records, documentation and reporting.
• Administer compensation and benefits, respond to employee inquiries and liaise with providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and government regulations; prepare required HR reports.
• Support HR audits, process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience covering multiple functions such as recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition and HR administration.
• Experience supporting large‑scale or multi‑site operations (preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
