About the role
DHL Supply Chain is looking for an HR Generalist to support its workforce in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role focuses on ensuring policy compliance, delivering HR services, and driving employee engagement across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure employee adherence to HR policies and work‑time compliance.
- Assist employees with compensation, benefits, performance management and other HR concerns.
- Validate Kronos data during payroll processing.
- Provide HR analytics and data insights to site leaders.
- Support coaching initiatives, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and documentation of disciplinary actions.
- Identify and implement continuous‑improvement ideas for HR processes.
- Design and lead employee engagement activities.
- Partner with operations leaders to maintain work‑time compliance.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Behavioral Science or Psychology.
- Willingness to be based in LISP Cabuyao, Laguna.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong presentation skills.
