HR Generalist

About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to help build and manage the HR function for our growing global business in the Philippines. You will work directly with an experienced Global HR Manager and have full ownership of end‑to‑end HR activities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR processes and policies for the Philippines office.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition.
- Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and optimise the HR Information System (HRIS) and support people‑operations initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Global HR Manager and other functional teams.
Required profile
- Hands‑on HR professional with experience in recruitment, payroll and HRIS management.
- Ability to work autonomously while partnering with a global HR leader.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices.
