HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Cebu City. You will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Oversee employee records, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and drive engagement initiatives.
• Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.
• Support training and development programs.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics, employee turnover, and related data.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in generalist HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
