HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist provides comprehensive support to employees on company policies, procedures, compliance, and disciplinary actions. This role ensures smooth onboarding, maintains accurate employee records, and assists in performance management to drive operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Support policy administration and ensure adherence to workplace policies.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct pre‑investigations of workplace incidents and grievances, recommending resolutions.
• Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE) and related documentation for disciplinary processes.
• Assist in resolving employee relations challenges and departmental initiatives.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and regularized employees across all resources.
• Maintain secure, up‑to‑date employee records and HR databases.
• Handle internal and external HR inquiries, verifications, and certificates of employment.
• Support performance management processes and monitor employee metrics, scorecards, and attendance.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and departmental metrics as needed.
• Execute additional HR projects and duties to support organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist; BPO experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and experience handling disciplinary processes.
• Experience with performance metric tracking and attendance data management.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and meticulous data entry.
