HR Generalist – Full‑time, Manila

About the role

Seven Consulting is looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join its Manila team. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment, employee programs and policy compliance while championing a culture of teamwork, transparency and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruiting for project‑management professionals: source, screen, interview, close and onboard.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide updates and coach on best‑practice selection.
• Manage interview schedules, panel preparation, ATS data, and offer package creation.
• Roll out training, performance‑review cycles and improvement plans.
• Update handbooks, ensure labor‑law compliance and resolve employee queries.
• Drive engagement initiatives that reinforce teamwork and delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably with project or program‑management talent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization and a proactive “yes‑and” attitude.
• Adaptable self‑starter able to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
