About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead enterprise HR strategy, talent management, culture, compliance and workforce transformation across our BPO operations in Ortigas. The role will drive growth and performance by aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall HR strategy for the organization.
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs.
- Champion a strong corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead workforce transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
Required profile
- Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in BPO or similar high‑volume environments.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and compliance.
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence senior management.
