HR Clerk – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Clerk to support our Compensation and Benefits function. This entry‑level position is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to start a career in human resources and gain hands‑on experience with payroll, timekeeping and government‑mandated benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensuring accuracy of employee compensation data.
• Maintain timekeeping records and verify attendance information.
• Support the administration of statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag‑IBIG.
• Update and reconcile compensation tables and benefit enrollment files.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, leave and benefits.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in HR.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of compensation, payroll and government benefits.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of payroll processes.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems.
• Understanding of government‑mandated benefit regulations.
